If you’re looking to stock up on fresh food but want to limit your time or have it delivered to your home, we have the answer for you!

 

 

 

How does it work? 

1. SELECT what you want to order from a range of your favourite stores and order on the online marketplace here
2. PAY on the online marketplace via credit card.  
3. PICK UP / DELIVERED 
 - DRIVE THRU PICK UP Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 10am and 11am. |
- DELIVERY Monday to Thursday, order by 12pm for same day delivery

 

DRIVE THRU - Order Collection:

Where: Coles Loading Dock Carpark (via Taylor Street)
Time: Between 10am and 11am during allocated day

Q: Where do I order?
A: ORDER HERE

Q: How does Same Day Delivery work? 
A: Order your products by 12pm midday on Monday to Thursday and receive your order between 3pm to 6pm on the same day. 

Q: What if I order Same Day Delivery outside of these days / hours?
A: If you order products after 12midday on Thursday and by midday on Monday, your products will be delivered on Monday between 3pm and 6pm. 

Q: Where is the Collection Drive Thru located?
A: Entry to the Coles Loading dock can be accessed via Taylor Street.

Q: What hygiene measures are implemented?
A: All staff will be wearing gloves and the storage units and service areas will be sanitised regularly

Q: Can I pay on the spot?
A: No cash will exchange hands. Customers must prepay with the traders prior to collecting their goods.

Q: When can I collect via Drive Thru?
A: Order collection will be available at any time between 10am and 11am on the day allocated.

Q: Do I need to get out of the car upon collection?
A: No, We ask that customers remain in their car to collect goods (customers can get out to open the boot if required). As soon as customers have received their goods, we ask for you to keep moving to make the service as efficient as possible for all
