BACKGROUND TO COMPETITION
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the MIRVAC RETAIL MEMBER MONTHLY COMPETITION (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other documents or information that refers to this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
3. The Promotion is being offered by Mirvac Real Estate Pty Ltd. (Mirvac) ABN 65 003 342 452. Promoter means Mirvac.
4. The Promotion commences at 12:01AM on 01 JULY 2025 and ends 11:59PM on 30 JUNE 2026 (Promotion Period) with one (1) draw per month during the Promotional period (as outlined in Clause 14). The draw will include all eligible entries submitted during the immediately preceding calendar month. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time at its sole discretion (including to extend or shorten the promotion period). Any changes to these terms and conditions or termination of the promotion may be communicated through Participating Centres’ website and/or email. All references to time in these Terms and Conditions are a reference to AEST. All monetary amounts are expressed in Australia dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated. Any entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

Participating Retailers means all stores, including majors.
COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility to enter the Competition
6. Competition entrants:
a. Must be an active Minis Member at a Participating Centre
b. Must hold a physical Minis Member Card with QR code
c. The QR code on the member card is the exclusive method to access the
competition entry form.
7. Subject to paragraph 9, this Promotion is open to Australian residents only aged 18 years or over (as of date of entry) acting on their own behalf (Eligible Entrants).
8. Mirvac reserves the right in its absolute and sole discretion to request the winner to provide proof of identity and/or proof of residency at the time of claiming the prize.
9. The Competition is not open to:
a. businesses or companies, registered builders, superannuation funds or persons acting as agent on behalf of other persons;
b. directors, management, officers, contractors and employees of:
i. the Promoter,
ii. the Prize Supplier (if different to the Promoter);
iii. any person or entity involved in determining the winner; or
iv. any other person, company, supplier or agency associated with the Competition or involved in the management of any benefiting business including of any prize provider;
c. a spouse, de facto spouse, partner, guardian, parent, child, sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of any person referred to in sub-paragraph (b).
10. The Eligible Entrant will be deemed to be the person who submitted the entry. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the
identity of an Eligible Entrant, Mirvac reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant and Mirvac’s decision shall be final and binding.
HOW TO ENTER
11. To receive an entry in this Promotion, eligible individuals must be a current Minis Member at a Participating Centre, and during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
a. Visit and spend minimum $10 at Participating Retailers, at a Participating Centre;
b. Scan the QR code on eligible individual’s Minis Member Card, follow the prompts to the ‘Monthly Competition’ entry page, upload a copy of receipt (outlined in 11a) and fully
complete the official entry form, including their full legal name, postcode, and valid email address. Entrant must remain subscribed as a Minis Member until at least the date of draw or any re-draw to be eligible.
12. Eligible Entrants may submit multiple entries, subject to the following:
a. Limit of one (1) entry per qualifying spend (per receipt to the minimum value of $10);
b. Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person per day;
c. Each eligible entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements outlined in clause 11.
13. Mirvac reserves the right to remove or disqualify an Eligible Entrant or their entry from the Competition if Mirvac, in its absolute discretion, deems that the entry is inappropriate or considers the Eligible Entrant’s continued involvement in the Competition may negatively impact on the success of the Competition and/or negatively influence the general purpose of the Competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
DRAW DETAILS
14. The draw will take place at 1 Main St, Springfield Central QLD 4300 at 11:00AM on the first Tuesday of each month. The draw will include all eligible entries submitted during the immediately preceding calendar month. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant. A computer program will be used to draw the prize winner with each entry having an equal chance of winning. Mirvac reserves the right to redraw in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant. Mirvac’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The provisional winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. Any winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter. The winner will have the
winning prize delivered by electronic mail.
16. The first one (1) valid entry randomly selected, from all valid entries received across all Participating Centres, will win the prize of one (1) x $500 centre digital gift card valued at AUD$500.
17. The prize pool value per month is AUD$500, with the total prize pool value AUD$6,000 during the Promotional Period.
18. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card/voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card/voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card/voucher is
subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card/voucher.
19. A draw for any prize, if unclaimed, may take place on three months after the draw date at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.
20. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
21. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
22. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
24. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media
for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
25. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
26. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
27. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the NonExcludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Mirvac Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the NonExcludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the Mirvac Group of companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether received by the Promoter or not) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or (f) use of a prize.
30. The Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant in order to conduct the Promotion and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and as required to the regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant opts in at time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in our Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Upon the entrant’s request, information provided will be removed from the Promoter’s active marketing database. To request details to be removed, please email digital.marketing@mirvac.com. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws. 31. The Promoter is Mirvac Real Estate Pty Ltd (ABN 65 003 342 452) of Level 28, 200 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. 30. “Mirvac Group” means the Promoter, each of the Promoter’s related bodies corporate, each person with whom the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate is in joint venture or partnership, and each entity, trust, partnership or fiduciary arrangement (including each managed investment scheme) of any nature of which the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate has been, is or becomes the trustee, manager or responsible entity.

7. Subject to paragraph 9 this Promotion is open to Minis only (children aged 12 years and under registered as part of the Mirvac Retail Minis Family program), provided they have the supervision and permission of an Australian resident parent/carer aged 18 years or over. Only the Mini may redeem any Freebie awarded, subject to such parental/carer supervision and consent (Eligible Members).
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of Minis Membership and ID when claiming a Freebie. If there is any dispute about identity/membership, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Member. Incomplete or unclear claims will be deemed invalid.

HOW TO ENTER
10. To claim a Freebie in this Promotion, eligible individuals must be a current Minis Member at a Participating Centre, and during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
a. Scan the QR code on eligible individual’s Minis Member Card, follow the prompts to the Freebie redemption page, and fully complete the official collection form, including their full legal name, postcode, and valid email address.
b. Head to specified collection point on allocated date and/or time, as specified on form, to collect.
11. Eligible Minis Members may claim one (1) freebie per member, per month. Families can only make one freebie collection per month, regardless of how many Mini members they have. Parents cannot collect multiple freebies on different days for different Minis members.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Member if their entry is inappropriate or may negatively impact the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
FREEBIE (PRIZE) DETAILS
13. The specific prize for each monthly giveaway will be determined and announced by the Participating Centre prior to the commencement of each monthly entry period. Prize collection details will be communicated through the Minis Member platform and communication channels. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of comparable or greater value due to availability, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Participating Centre ‘Freebies’ may vary.
14. If demand exceeds available Freebies in any given month, allocation will be on a first-come-first-served basis based on registration time and date. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Freebie with an alternative of equal or lesser value if demand exceeds supply.
15. The total prize pool value will be determined by the Participating Centre per month, dependent on Freebie, during the Promotional Period.
16. Freebies operate on a monthly basis with the following restrictions:
a. a Freebie may not be collected from previous months and will expire each new month;
b. Freebies will not accumulate between months;
c. each month’s Freebie has a predetermined collection period set by the Participating Centre. Members who register after the designated collection dates have concluded will not be eligible for that month's freebie and;
d. Parent/carer must present the Mini's physical member card to collect the freebie. The Mini does not need to be present, but the physical card is required - no card, no freebie.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Merchandise collection is available to:

Active Minis Members at a Participating Centre - existing members can collect merchandise during specified collection hours

New Minis Members who have registered for the Mirvac Retail Minis Family program via the Participating Centre's website or who register on the spot at the time of collection

Subject to paragraph 9 this Promotion is open to Minis only (children aged 12 years and under registered as part of the Mirvac Retail Minis Family program), provided they have the supervision and permission of an Australian resident parent/carer aged 18 years or over. Only the Mini may redeem any Merchandise awarded, subject to such parental/carer supervision and consent (Eligible Members).

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of Minis Membership and ID when collecting merchandise. The Mini (child) must be physically present with their parent/carer when collecting merchandise. Parents cannot collect merchandise without the child being present. If there is any dispute about identity, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Member. Incomplete or unclear collection requests will be deemed invalid. We may ask for proof of membership and ID when collecting merchandise.

HOW TO COLLECT

To collect Merchandise in this Promotion, eligible individuals must be a current or new Minis Member at a Participating Centre, and during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
a. Visit the Participating Centre during specified collection hours
b. Provide electronic charitable donation to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation
c. Collect merchandise at designated collection point

Each merchandise set requiresa separate electronic charitable donation

Merchandise sets consist of one (1) Minis branded member card and one (1) Minis branded lanyard
MERCHANDISE DETAILS

Charitable Donation Requirement: Collection of merchandise requires a charitable donation to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation via electronic payment at the collection point. Cash will not be accepted. Customers can donate $2, $3, $5 or a custom amount. One donation is required per memberscard,however multiple donations may be combined into a single transaction. Merchandise availability is subject to stock levels at each Participating Centre. If merchandise is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will supply the merchandise at a later date, once restocked.

Background to Competition
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this WIN YOUR SHOP BACK 2026 (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other documents or information that refers to this Competition, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- The Competition is being offered by Moonee Ponds Central (Mirvac) 65 003 342 452. Promoter means Moonee Ponds Central.
- The Competition is open for a limited time. The Competition commences at 12:01AM on Monday 9th February 2026 and ends at 11:59PM on Sunday 8th March 2026 (Competition Period). All references to time in these terms and conditions are a reference to AEST. All monetary amounts are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated. Any entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
- Subject to these terms and conditions, the Competition will be conducted at: Moonee Ponds Central, https://www.mooneepondscentral.com.au/ (Participating Centre). The Participating Centre will be running a ‘scan to entre’ competition where customers enter by scanning a QR code displayed throughout the Centre and in participating retailers and subscribing to the Participating Centre database to gain entry in the WIN YOUR SHOP BACK Competition 2025. One (1) x winner per week will be selected at random to receive the major Prize described in paragraph Error! Reference source not found..
- The following terms and conditions apply to the Competition.
Competition Terms and Conditions
Eligibility to enter the Competition
- Subject to paragraph 9, entry into the Competition is open to Australian permanent residents, aged 18 years and over (as at the date of entry) acting on their own behalf (Eligible Entrants). Eligibility requirements must be met at the time of entry and at the time of determining a prize winner.
- Moonee Ponds Central (Mirvac) reserves the right in its absolute and sole discretion to request the winner to provide proof of identity and/or proof of residency at the time of redeeming the Prize. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, Mirvac may direct the winner to forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
- The Competition is not open to:
- businesses or companies, registered builders, superannuation funds or persons acting as agent on behalf of other persons;
- directors, management, officers, contractors, and employees of:
- the Promoter,
- the Prize Supplier (if different to the Promoter);
- any person or entity involved in determining the winner; or
- any other person, company, supplier, or agency associated with the Competition or involved in the management of any benefiting business including of any prize provider;
- a spouse, de facto spouse, partner, guardian, parent, child, sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of any person referred to in sub-paragraph (b).
- The Eligible Entrant will be deemed to be the person who submitted the entry. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, Mirvac reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant and Mirvac’s decision shall be final and binding.
How to enter the Competition - To enter the Spin & Win portion of the Competition, Eligible Entrants must, between 12.01am on Monday 9th February 2026 and 11.59pm on Sunday 8th March 2026:
- Spend a minimum of $20 in one transaction at selected participating retailers at the Participating Centre, retain proof of a purchase in form of a receipt and scan the QR code on promotional signage or visit the competition page at https://www.mooneepondscentral.com.au/. Receipts cannot be combined to total the minimum spend value. Same receipt cannot be used for multiple entries, only one valid receipt per entry. Selected participating retailers include:

- Upload the photo outlined in 11.a., fully complete the official entry form, including their full legal name, valid contact number, valid email address, valid postcode and subscribe to the Participating Centre database. Entrant must remain subscribed to the database until at least the date of draw or any re-draw to be eligible.

- Eligible Entrants may submit multiple entries in line with condition 11.a.
- If an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, the entrant must notify the Promoter in writing. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be sent to the Promoter. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any failure to contact the winner or entrant in circumstances where the winner or entrant fails to advise the Promoter of their valid, current and/or updated contact details.
- The time of entry is deemed to be the time the entry is received by Mirvac.
- All entries become the property of Mirvac once they are received by Mirvac.
- Eligible Entrants must disclose to Moonee Ponds Central (Mirvac) any issues that may generate negative publicity and impact on the success of this Competition at the time of entering the Competition or as soon as the Eligible Entrant becomes aware of such issues.
- Mirvac reserves the right to remove or disqualify an Eligible Entrant or their entry from the Competition if Mirvac, in its absolute discretion, deems that the entry is inappropriate or considers the Eligible Entrant’s continued involvement in the Competition may negatively impact on the success of the Competition and/or negatively influence the general purpose of the Competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
- It is a condition of participating in the Competition that Eligible Entrants agree to be interviewed, photographed or filmed by or on behalf of the Promoter and for their entry to be photographed, videoed and/or used for a story or feature on this Competition and to appear in print, digital, film or social media content (or any other form of media it deems suitable) on a royalty free basis for an unlimited period without remuneration or reference to the Eligible Entrant.Any story or feature (including creative control) will remain at the discretion of the Promoter at all times. Any story or feature does not create a relationship of employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership or joint venture or similar between the Eligible Entrant and the Promoter.
Drawing of the winners
- The draw for the previous week will take place at Moonee Ponds Central at 14-16 Hall St, Moonee Ponds VIC 3039 at 12:00pm on Monday 16th and 23rd March, and 2nd and 9th April 2026. A computer program will be used to draw one winner at random, with each entry having an equal chance of winning. Mirvac reserves the right to redraw in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant. Mirvac’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Mirvac will notify the winner/s by phone or email within two (2) business days of the draw. A provisional winner/s will only be deemed a winner/s once verified by the Promoter.
- Mirvac will notify the winner by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s name each week will be published on all Participating Centre’s website on the following Monday and remain published for 30 days following announcement of winner. Any winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter. The winner receive their gift card prize through email via Microgifts.
- If the winner does not claim the Prize by 11:59PM by the Sunday following their draw, Mirvac will deem the winner to be no longer eligible to receive the Prize. In that event, Mirvac will conduct a redraw at on the following Monday at the same time and place as the first draw. This process will repeat until a winner claims the prize.

- Unless otherwise expressly stated, Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices in Australian currency at the time of first publication of these terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any change in the Prize value between now and the date the Prize is collected by the rightful winner.
- Responsibility for supply of each element of the Prize lies solely with the Promoter. Each other entity comprising the Promoter is not responsible for supply of the relevant element of the Prize.
- The Prize (or any element of it) may not, without the prior written consent of the prize supplier and the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If the Prize or any part thereof is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter and/or the Prize Supplier may, in their absolute discretion, withdraw the Prize or any element of it. Where a Prize or element has been withdrawn in accordance with this paragraph, no refund, substitute or compensation will be offered.
- The Prize may be subject to specific terms & conditions as required by the issuer or supplier of the Prize.
- The Prize is non-transferrable, non-refundable and, to the extent that it comprises of non-cash elements, cannot be exchanged for cash.All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving or participating in the Competition or receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- If the Prize or any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, then the entity responsible for the relevant element of the Prize may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at that entity’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from any relevant authorities. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation in the event that the Prize or any element of the Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
- Eligible Entrants forfeit all rights to receiving the Prize or participate in the Competition if an Eligible Entrant does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
Further Terms and Conditions of Competition
The following additional terms and conditions also apply to the Competition:
- All costs in connection with the ownership and use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- In consideration of the Promoter permitting the Eligible Entrant to enter and participate in the Competition, the Eligible Entrant:
- releases the Promoter (and each of its Related Bodies Corporate, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors and/or agents) from any action, suit, proceeding, claim, demand, damage, penalty, cost or expense and from any liability (to the extent permitted by law) however arising that the Eligible Entrant may have or may have had but for this condition arising from or in connection with each Eligible Entrant’s participation in the Competition including any claim or liability which arises due to any act, omission or negligence of the Promoter (and each of its Related Bodies Corporate, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors and/or agents) or in respect of any injury, death, or loss or damage to person or property; and
- indemnifies the Promoter (and each of its Related Bodies Corporate, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors and/or agents) and all corporations or persons that may sponsor, promote or donate a product or service to the Competition in respect of any action, suit, proceeding, claim, demand, damage, penalty, cost or expense by any person and from any liability arising as a result of or in connection with the Eligible Entrant’s participation in the Competition.
- The Promoter’s decisions in relation to all aspects of this Competition are final and binding on all who enter, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster) the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable laws, regulations or directions from any regulatory body, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition at any time.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable to the Eligible Entrant for any loss or damage, any personal injury or death or negligence, whether direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive (including loss of opportunity and loss of profit) suffered, sustained or arising out of or in connection with the Eligible Entrant’s participation in this Competition, the Prize (or any element thereof) and/or use of the Prize (or any element thereof) notwithstanding that the Promoter may have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages.
- As between the Promoter and each individual Eligible Entrant, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in which the Eligible Entrant entered this Competition (being either QLD, NSW, VIC or ACT).
