If you think you may have lost something whilst at Moonee Ponds Central, you can report this at the Centre Management Office, located in the Basement Level Carpark under Kmart Mall or phone: (03) 9370 5411.
If you find something that someone else has lost, please bring it to the Centre Management Office, or hand it to a Cleaner or Security Guard.
1. Ensure your wireless enabled device is turned on and has the wireless signal activated
2. Go to the Activate Wireless Network Connection List
3. Select “_MooneePondsCentralFreeWiFi” from the list. Note: You may need to select “Connect”
Moonee Ponds Central stretches from Puckle Street to Taylor Street, Moonee Ponds. Vehicle access to our carparks is from Homer Street, Mt Alexander Road, or Hall Street. Pedestrian access to our malls is from Puckle Street, Hall Street, Homer Street, and Everage Street. Moonee Ponds Central is located just 50 metres from Moonee Ponds Junction.
Moonee Ponds Central has approximately 900 Free car parking Spaces
Kmart Mall Entrance: Enter from Mt Alexander Road, Hall Street, or Homer Street. Approximately 500 carparks on 2 levels under Kmart Mall. All spaces are under cover, 2 hours free parking near ALDI where marked and 3 hours free parking elsewhere.
Coles Mall Entrance: Enter from Homer Street. Approximately 400 carparks on 2 levels, with more than half under cover. Lower Level offers 2 hours free parking, whilst the majority of the upper level is 3 hours free parking.
Please note there are conditions of entry boards around the carpark for information regarding parking at Moonee Ponds Central.
The closest train station is the Moonee Ponds Train Station which is located off Margaret Street and is 100 metres from the centre. A number of trams and buses stop at the Moonee Ponds Junction, approximately 1 minute walk from the centre. For more information on times and routes please click here.
Puckle Mall: Disabled toilets are located next to The Original Lolly Store.
Kmart Mall: Disabled toilets are located near the lift on the lower level (opposite the entry of the carpark).
Coles Mall: Disabled toilets are located next to Awesome Nails.
All entries to Moonee Ponds Central are wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the Everage Street entry.
Wheelchairs are available at Centre Management Basement Level, Kmart Mall. To avoid disappointment, please make a booking by calling (03) 93705411 during office hours.

Why do we do it? Because a thriving community is a win for everyone, and at the centre of that community is you.
For our team, it’s about understanding your needs and values so that we can effectively contribute to the local area. Throughout the year we support a number of community groups and sporting clubs, sponsor local events and festivals and get involved with local council initiatives. That’s in addition to the community service programs, like our Mums & Co program and Nappy Collective, and charitable pop ups and activations we offer in centre. Through our Mums & Co initiative we support Mummy's Wish, a national charity supporting mums living with cancer.
At Christmas time, we will be supporting Helping Hands Mission, with a charity gift wrap station.
Money raised will go directly to a range of Emergency and Material programs that help thousands of Victorians every week.
